We are looking for an organised and efficient junior office manager to support company operations and assist the Management team. As we’re a small startup, a pro-active and go-getting attitude is essential. There are three main elements of this role;

  • Executive Assistance – Helping the management team organise meetings and keep to schedule, in addition to managing the office budget, including work-related perks and events.
  • Office Management – Helping to define processes that make the company run smoothly, coordinating with our service providers, procuring office supplies, filing paperwork and keeping documents orderly.
  • Hiring – Helping to manage candidates and coordinate interviews, as well as onboarding new hires.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

We’re looking for a hard-working and organized intern for our Press Relations department. This position is ideal for someone willing to discover the world of Public Relations and is interested in Journalism and Media as an industry.

Tasks include:

  • Creating, Developing and Nurturing your own sets of press contacts across various industries.
  • Assisting in the elaboration of our Outreach Campaigns
  • Looking out for opportunities to improve results
  • Translating and Distributing Press Releases

Requirements:

  • Studying a degree (or equivalent) in Journalism, Media and Communication or a similar field.
  • German communication and writing skills are not required. Fluency in Swedish or Dutch is great to have.
  • Basic Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheet (If you know how to use VLOOKUP, that’s already good.)
  • Being really at ease with computers and willing to learn new ways of using the softwares you already know better.

We’re looking for a hard-working content intern with an eagle-eye for detail, a keen interest in data-driven storytelling and unparalleled organisational skills. This position is ideal for a student studying English Literature with an enthusiasm for journalism and PR.

Duration : 3 months

Commitment: Full-time

Tasks Include :

  • Proofreading, copyediting and QA.
  • Writing copy for the website, blog and press releases.
  • Creating social media posts and researching the latest social trends.
  • Helping the Head of Content with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements :

We are looking for a motivated graphic design intern to assist the agency with imagery for our journalistic missions, help build an imagery depository, as well as work on the website.

Duration : 3 months

Requirements:

  • A student studying Graphic Design or a similar degree.
  • Experience in software such as: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Bonus points if you have experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowing your way around the CMS WordPress is also appreciated.
  • You have worked with data before and managed to create infographics that convey the message behind the raw statistics in an appealing way.
  • The ability to express your ideas in quick drafts before starting work on the finished product.
  • You’re not afraid of creative restrictions and deadlines and can produce materials that fit the customers’ branding guidelines.
